To this end, said court has carried out drastic reform and made earnest efforts 　　The practice of holding forum between the party losing a lawsuit and the judge has created a great stir among the masses and judges. Through which the party losing the lawsuit is impressed by the sincerity of judges who, in turn, listen to the grievances of the concerned party. This has reinforced the judge's sense of professional responsibility and mission and has sentimentally drawn him closer to the masses. As a result, the goal of "letting the Party rest assured and the people feel satisfied" has become the judge's conscious action and choice of values. While placing itself under the supervision and criticism of the people, the Jilin Provincial People's Court also engaged in rectification reform, quickly solving the hot issues with which the masses are most unsatisfied 　　The key to achieving the above-mentioned goal is judicial justice. 　　In the opinion of the masses, the method of open and transparent trial has cut off the abnormal ties between the judge and litigant and made it impractical for any malpractice, such as giving dinner and sending gifts. According to leaders of the Jilin Higher Court, adhering to the principle of open trial requires fair procedure and image to ensure justice of adjudication of cases.
