International Technological Cooperation by Chinese Enterprises Urged ¡¡¡¡Chinese enterprises have to make active efforts to develop international technological cooperation with their foreign counterparts, this is the demand put forward by Member of the CPC Political Bureau and Vice Premier Qian Qichen on the 18th of this month in Beijing.
