Chinese Party School's Winter Graduation 　　A graduation ceremony for the winter class of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee's Party School was held in Beijing on January 15. 　　Hu Jintao, a member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Central Committee Political Bureau and head of the school, was present to hand out certificates to the graduates. 　　Zheng Bijian, the deputy head of the Party School, told the gathering that, during the term, they summed up the successes in the economic reforms of the past two decades and studied Deng Xiaoping Theory and the essence of the 15th National Congress of the CPC. 　　He asked the students to study the speech of President Jiang Zemin given at a finance class for provincial leaders recently, and to be more aware of the need for study in the future.
