First Snow in Hunan 　　People in Central China's Hunan Province greeted the first snow this year on January 11. The temperatures dropped to below zero and the cold weather has lingered in Hunan for two days. 　　But the weather has not brought too many inconveniences to the refugees in flooded areas.
