Japan's Opposition Parties Ask Shozaburo Nakamura to Resign
The Japan's opposition Komeito yesterday decided to ask the Justice Minister Shozaburo Nakamura to resign for his complaints about the Constitution. Nakamura's speech has been strongly condemned by the media and opposition parties. This decision was also supported by the Democratic Party, the biggest opposition party in Japan.
Prior to Komeito's decision, the Communist Party of Japan and Social Democratic Party had all called on Nakamura to resign.
