"We will vie for top three in the gold medal rankings," said Xiao Tian, head of the Chinese Asian Winter Games Delegation.
"Kazakhstan and Japan, which both sent second-class athletes to Harbin four years ago, are highly favored for first place overall in the coming Asian Winter Games," said Xiao.
