Wang Liqin of Shanghai and Yang Ying of Jiangsu Province beat their adversaries respectively at the '98-'99 Ericsson China Table Tennis Contest, which resumed in Zhuji of Zhejiang Province on January 2.
The event is co-sponsored by the Chinese Table Tennis Association and CCTV.
