Former UN Chief Calls for Lifting Sanctions against Iraq
Former UN Secretary-General Boutros Boutros-Ghali stressed that the international community should attach great importance to the Iraqi people's suffering caused by the international sanctions and make positive efforts to lift the sanction against Iraq.
