New Housing for Most Residents in Flood-Stricken Areas Demanded ¡¡¡¡According to a task set by the State Planning Commission for the four provinces of Hunan, Hubei, Jiangxi and Anhui in recent few years, new towns and settlements will be set up and built in replacing those long subject to floods in their flood-stricken areas.
