The General Administration of Publication and Press has announced a series of policies that will promote the globalization of China's publishing industry.
According to the GAPP's plan, the animation industry, on-line games and electronic publishing and services will be the main push. The goal is to sell seven-thousand copy-rights of domestic publications abroad by the year 2015, balancing the import and export ratio to 2 to 1.
And the revenue generated by digital publishing products and exporting services is expected to reach 10 billion US dollars during this current five-year plan.
