China to host 2014 APEC informal economic leaders' meeting

VLADIVOSTOK, Russia, Sept. 6 (Xinhua) -- A Chinese foreign ministry official on Thursday disclosed that China will play host to the 2014 informal economic leaders' meeting of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) forum.

China's hosting of the 2014 APEC informal economic leaders' meeting will be officially declared by the leaders attending this year's meeting, which will be held on Saturday and Sunday here.

Indonesia will host the 2013 APEC informal economic leaders' meeting after Russia's hosting of this year's meeting.
