China's concerns over DPRK's planned satellite launch

BEIJING, March 16 (Xinhua) -- China on Friday voiced concern over the Democratic People's Republic of Korea's (DPRK) plan to launch a satellite in April.

Chinese Vice Foreign Minister Zhang Zhijun met with Ji Jae Ryong, DPRK ambassador to China, on Friday to express China's worry over the matter, according to a statement from the Chinese Foreign Ministry.

Zhang exchanged views with Ji Jae Ryong on China-DPRK ties and the situation on the Korean Peninsula, said the statement.

Zhang said China had taken note of the DPRK's satellite plan as well as the reaction from the international community. China believes it is the common obligation, and in common interests of, all parties concerned to maintain the peace and stability of the Korean Peninsula and northeast Asia, said the statement.

"We sincerely hope parties concerned stay calm and exercise restraint and avoid escalation of tension that may lead to a more complicated situation," Zhang was quoted as saying.

The DPRK announced earlier in the day it would launch an "earth observation" satellite, or the Kwangmyongsong-3, using a long-range rocket to mark the 100th birthday of late leader Kim Il-Sung.

The satellite would be launched from a station in North Phyongan province between April 12 and 16, the DPRK's state-run Korean Central News Agency reported, citing a spokesman for the Korean Committee for Space Technology.

US don"t want to see other countries technology development even it is for their own civil purpose. It is operating spy planes and satellites to do survivalance in other countries and it is operating some mysterious attacks by using some most advanced technologies on the other countries. The main role for US to make the china as single by destroying the friends of china. It is still have some satelites which can be able to deliver war heads on the other countries.Still again and again pressing the millitary development of other countries which are aimed to self defecnce and who are not participating any wars from last 40 years.I think it"s main aim is if they stop the technology development in those countries they can occupy those countries when ever they want with less opposition and rob their resources with the help of puppet governments either in the name of reconstruction(by testing their new bombs and michinery in the war) or in the name of development. The america next target is north korea after Iran it is better to ready for china and north korea to save their people.

DPRK is nuke armed and nuke missile capable for a long time. DPRK is indeed needed to be self defense capable independently thus sparing the human efforts of China unlike the Korean War where and when upto millions of Chinese combatants in defending DPRK were killed and injured. Unless the West (USA in particular) abandons its hegemonial interventions globally by "replacing sovereign governments" of its liking, then it is imperative that DPRK improves its nuke arsenals and firing accuracy with satellites. Well, ROK and USA are and had been combining alarming military drills with the displays of destructive fire powers consisting of hundreds of killer planes, tanks, nuke armed sea carriers and thousands of heavily armed combatants along the border and waters ought to be very provocative and to give that funny shiver down your spines; hence, why shouldn"t the DPRK react and place itself in a solid defence pose, ever ready for any eventuality? The clash of civilisations is not limited to neither restricted by any one party; but, is a global clash of civilisations!

In view of US Global Tyranny going amok, it is the patriotic duty of every leader of sovereign nation to go nuclear and develop their missile delivery systems. Short of that, the United States will continue to threaten them with military invasions and encirclements. Now sovereign nations are even criticised for launching satellites! What sheer hypocrisy on the parts of N Korea and Iran"s friends and foes! Of course being able to launch satellites come with the abilities to launch ICBMs aimed at deterring the United States from its military adventures.N Korea and Iran should just continue to resort whatever measures necessary to defend their sovereignty. Russia and China developed nuclear weapons and ICBMs to prevent nuclear blackmail and defend their own sovereignty. That right of self defence goes to every sovereign nation in the World. It is their sovereign duty and birthright, period!N Korea and Iran should just tell all the big powers to go and fly kites. In this world of US militaristic policies around the globe, sovereign nations who do not go nuclear and develop ICBMs are just waiting for the United States to come in and cause so-called "regime change".Until and unless US Global Tyranny is checked, rendered impotent, dismantled ... and finally demolished, no non-nuclear sovereign nation is safe from the United States.Go N Korea Go!The World of Nations are with you ......
