Official delegation leaves for Cambodia, Philippines, India

BEIJING, Feb. 9 (Xinhua) -- A delegation of the Communist Party of China(CPC) departed Thursday for a visit to Cambodia, the Philippines and India.

The delegation, led by Luo Huining, deputy secretary of Qinghai provincial committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and governor of the province, is making the trip at the invitations of the Cambodian People's Party, the FUNCINPEC Party of Cambodia, the Liberal Party of the Philippines and the Ministry of External Affairs of India.
