Fraternal Communist parties should bind together against US Global Tyranny. Any co-operation between the peoples of both countries are most welcome. Things can be resolved through talks and discussions and compromises are the order of the day.Economic co-operation should be deepened and expanded.Vietnam should not let that Washington Witch at the US State Department to cause trouble in Sino-Vietnamese relationships. They don"t call her that Washington Witch in Europe for nothing!
