The security department in Japan's Nagasaki captured a Chinese fishing boat named "Zhexiangyu No.16" at 87 kilometers southwest of the Bird Island in Goto City of Nagasaki Prefecture early this morning, according to Japanese media.

There were 11 fishermen on board, and the captain Zhong Jinyin, 39, was arrested due to suspected violation of the law about foreigners' fishery.

Japan's coastguard said that Zhong Jinyin was suspected of fishing in Japanese waters at about 9:30 p.m. on Dec. 19. The coastguard signaled to the fishing boat to stop but the boat refused to do so.

After six hours' chase, three Japanese vessels finally caught the fishing boat.
