Chinese Consulate in Los Angeles struck by gunfire

An Asian man in his 60s turned himself in to police Thursday, claiming responsibility for shooting at the Chinese Consulate-General's building, police said. The man fired multiple rounds of shots at the front door of a downtown office building that houses the consulate-general and no one was hurt in the incident, a police spokesman told reporters.
