The informal summit of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation ended a short time ago, and a series of summits discussing East Asia will be held in the Bali Island of Indonesia soon.

The driving effect of the economy of East Asia has become even more apparent amid the challenges facing global economic recovery. No country is willing to miss the opportunity to reshape the future of East Asia. This year, Russia and the United States formally joined the East Asia summit.

The rapid economic development of East Asia has made many countries of other regions eager to get a piece of the action. Currently, many mechanisms exist and many negotiations are going on in the economic cooperation of the East Asia. The Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement (TPP) proposed by the United States is one of them.

The coexistence of many negotiations and mechanisms has a positive side. If the situation develops well, it will strengthen the cooperation of the East Asia, promote the integration of the region and be helpful for the sustainable economic development of the world. China has established foreign trade relations with many countries and holds an open-minded attitude towards any proposals promoting the economic integration and common prosperity, including the TPP.
