Wen: China remains clear-headed, firm in confidence

DALIAN, Sept. 14 (Xinhua) -- Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao said on Wednesday that people in China remain clear-headed and are firm in confidence despite varied views on China's economic development.

Wen made the remarks at the opening of the World Economic Forum annual meeting of "New Champions 20011", a three-day event held in the city of Dalian in northeast China's Liaoning Province.
