Liu Yuzhen, 76, has been cleaning rubbish at Tiananmen Square as a voluntary sanitation worker since 1994, and she never misses a day of working in the past 18 years.

Liu considers Tiananmen as her home, and it is necessary to clean her home every day. "Tiananmen is a landmark building of Beijing. If it is messy, I will feel ashamed."

Liu calls herself "King of cigarette butt collector ", and people kindly call her "Beautician of Tiananmen Square". She collects 15 kilogram of garbage on average daily, and has picked 20,000 cigarette butts in a single day at Tiananmen Square.
