Snowfall hit Inner Mongolia and Gansu Province as a cold front swept most parts of China. Today's temperature will drop by 6 degrees in Shanghai and by 10-12 degrees in the country's northern regions, forecasters said. The mercury may dip as low as 13 degrees Celsius in Shanghai's suburbs in the next two days before climbing back over the weekend.
