The rising water from the Yellow River surges over the Longyuan Park in Lanzhou, capital of northwest China's Gansu Province, July 30, 2012. Up to Monday, the water flow in the Lanzhou section of the Yellow River reached 3,780 cubic meters per second, close to the 4th warning criteria for flood prevention which is 4,500 cubic meters per second.
