The Jiangsu Consumers' Association has published the "Report on Complaints and Analysis of Apple Products in the First Half of 2012" on its official website on July 16. According to the reporter of Maeil Business Newspaper, the report was completed by the Jiangsu Consumers' Association at the end of last month.

The "Complaints and Analysis" shows that Jiangsu province had received a total of 214 complaints about the Apple products through the complaint hotline of 12315 from Jan. 1, 2012 to June 26, 2012, mainly including after-sales service, quality problems and illegal ads.

Among them, a total of 67 complaints were about after-sales service, accounting for over 31 percent of the overall complaints.

"Apple has not contacted with us up till now," deputy secretary general of the Jiangsu Consumers' Association Li Xiaojuan told Maeil Business Newspaper on July 16 that the report just tells a fact, hoping Apple to amend the improper clauses of after-sales
