Suspicious capsule shells found in sewers in Zhengzhou

Workers dispatched by Zhengzhou Food and Drug Administration clear away the capsule shells from the sewers on April 23, 2012. The work on investigation and gathering for evidence has been ongoing. (chinapic.people.com.cn)

On April 22, large numbers of suspicious hollow capsules were found to be dumped into the sewers in Ligang Village, Zhengzhou City of central China's Henan Province. The capsule shells stretched for more than 300 meters and the water in the sewers was stained into bluish green.
