Martial art is more than a sport. It allows oneself to be self discipline, tolerant and above all exhibit respect and confidence. Such qualities are very important for men and women alike. Thus for Chinese girls to take up martial art and gain such qualities, this will definiely enhance their image. Besides it is a healthy sport for self defence as well.
