Beijing public health hotline 12320 begins services

Deng Haihua (R), spokesman of China's Ministry of Health (MOH), receives phonecalls with a telephone operator of public health hotline 12320 in Beijing, capital of China, March 20, 2012, an experience day for citizens, who can sit down in the hotline office to receive phonecalls with operators. MOH will make effort to set up public health hotlines which provide services including infectious disease prevention and cure, health care consultation and public health legal consultation, in the provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions all over the county by the end of this year, said Deng.
