3 dead in gas leak accident in E China steel plant

Rescuers are seen at the site where a deadly gas leak occurred at Meishan Steel Plant, which belongs to the state-owned Baosteel Group, in Nanjing, east China's Jiangsu Province, Feb. 23, 2012.
