Shop assistants prepare handmade tangyuan (glutinous rice balls) for sale at Shanghai's traditional food store Wangjiasha Wednesday. Some 50,000 rice balls are sold each day with daily sales revenues of 72,000 yuan ($11,417) in the run-up to the Lantern Festival. (GT/Lu Yun)
