Retrial in CCTV fire case

Three men sentenced to jail over the 2009 Spring Festival CCTV fire are to be retried as their sentences of up to four-and-a-half-years are too light, the Legal Mirror reported.

Li Shuquan, who completed his two-year sentence Monday, was told his case will be retried. Li's lawyer confirmed the retrial was because of the light sentence. Beijing No 2 Intermediate Court did not reveal the reason.
