China will boost its bioscience technology development and produce three to five top scientists by 2020, chinanews.com reported Thursday.

China's Ministry of Science and Technology issued a National Program on Bioscience Technology Development 2010-2020 on Wednesday, which aims to strengthen the development of bioscience and roll out a map for a prosperous bioscience industry in the future, the report said.

The program includes training successful bio-technological scientists, innovative bioscience technical researchers, and industrial and management staff. The report also admits to the lack of top talent in China's bioscience field, where only 25 percent of Chinese students studying aboard return home after their graduation.

"The report also admits to the lack of top talent in China's bioscience field, where only 25 percent of Chinese students studying aboard return home after their graduation."Deng Xiaoping once made the same complaint and Lee Kuan Yew calmed him down. If China continues to provide good governance and a conducive place to work, they will come back too. By then, China will reap the benefits many, many folds. I am sure about that.
