Chinese railway passenger traffic grows 10.9% in 1st 11 months of 2011

China's railways carried 1.72 billion people and delivered 3.59 billion metric tons of goods in the first 11 months of the year, up 10.9 percent and 8 percent year-on-year respectively, the Ministry of Railways (MOR) said Monday.
