New acting governor of SW China's Yunnan Province announced

KUNMING, Aug 30 (Xinhua) -- Li Jiheng was announced as the acting governor and vice governor of southwest China's Yunnan Province on Tuesday at the 25th session of the 11th Standing Committee of the provincial People's Congress, the local legislature.

The legislature accepted the resignation application of Qin Guangrong, the former governor of Yunnan.
