The "Lianghui" Press Center was put into service at the Media Center on Sunday. China's two annual sessions, the Fifth Session of the 11th NPC and the Fifth Session of the 11th CPPCC National Committee, will open on March 5 and March 3 respectively. (Xinhua/Yan Yan)
