Xi hears top scientists' advice

China's Vice President Xi Jinping (center) talks to the country's top award winning scientist Min Enze and his wife Lu Wanzhen at Min's home in Beijing yesterday as he wishes the couple best regards ahead of the Spring Festival and listens to Min's advice on the country's strategy of reinvigorating the development of human resources. Min, 88, was an innovator in petrochemical technology. Xi also visited Xu Guangxian, another award winning petrochemist. Both Min and Xu are members of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
