Draft law prohibits citizens who may endanger national interests from leaving country

BEIJING, Dec. 26 (Xinhua) -- The Chinese legislature on Monday began to discuss a draft law that prohibits citizens who may endanger national security and interests from leaving the country.

Those who may endanger national security and interests and are prohibited from leaving the country by authorities under the State Council, or China's Cabinet, shall not leave the country, according to the draft law on entry and exit administration.
