HEFEI, Dec. 12 (Xinhua) -- Li Bin was appointed as the acting and vice governor of east China's Anhui province on Monday, the provincial legislative body said.

The provincial legislature also approved the resignation of Wang Sanyun, the former governor of Anhui Province.
