HONG KONG, Aug. 16 (Xinhua) -- Chinese Vice Premier Li Keqiang, who is on a 3-day visit to this Special Administrative Region (SAR) , met Hong Kong Chief Executive Donald Tsang on Tuesday afternoon and listened to Tsang's report over the city's recent situation and work of the SAR government.
