Gu Weiying (R), famous performer of Kunqu Opera, performs in "Peony Pavilion" at the Poly Theater in Beijing, capital of China, Aug. 2, 2011. Kunqu Opera is one of the oldest extant forms of Chinese operas. The style originated in the Wu cultural areas, mainly in east China's Zhejiang and Jiangsu provinces. (Xinhua/Tang Shizeng)
