CANNES, France, Nov. 3 (Xinhua) -- Chinese President Hu Jintao had a meeting Thursday with his U.S. counterpart, Barack Obama, at the G20 summit in the French city of Cannes.

The two presidents exchanged views on China-U.S. relations and the summit, as well as other topics of common concern.
