Free WiFi service offered in E. China

A tourist surfs the internet through the free WiFi service in a scenic spot in Putuo District, Zhoushan City, east China's Zhejiang Province, Sept. 25, 2011. Zhoushan has offered free WiFi service that covers the whole city, making it one of the first group of Chinese cities for tourism that offer free WiFi service. (Xinhua/Xu Yu)
