The 9th Bean Curd Food Culture Week kicks off in Huainan, central China's Anhui Province on Sept. 14, 2011. Local catering enterprises select more than 120 dishes made of bean curd to attend the contest at the food festival. Huainan is the home of the bean curd. Using the bean curd as the raw material, locals can make more than 400 kinds of dishes.
