In recent years, more and more Chinese students born in the 1980s have returned to work in China after finishing their studies abroad. Many of them have just begun their professional career, and are shouldering heavy burdens. A study has found that the happiness index for overseas returnees is dropping. Happiness depends not only on a successful career, but also on the quality of work and life. Adjusting mentality is an effective way for overseas returnees to increase their happiness.

Blind date is becoming increasingly popular among overseas returnees, who have turned to parties, television programs, the Internet, and dating agencies to find their other parts.
