Tips on regimen during romantic Chushu

The coincidence of Qi Xi, also known as Chinese Valentine's Day, meeting Chushu on Aug. 23rd this year gives us plenty of reasons to add romance in our early autumn regimen.

1. An extra hour of sleep

Experts said that an extra hour of sound sleep help refresh people and save more energy particularly in winter days. For the elderly, going to bed one hour earlier than usual and taking a nap at noon is highly recommended habits. Closing your eyes and having a rest benefit body as well. For young people, falling asleep before 11:00 p.m. (also called zi shi in Chinese culture) is believed to have healing effects.
