How to clean fresh mushrooms?

Fresh mushrooms have mucilage on their surface that may catch dirt or soil, which makes them difficult to clean. Here is a method:

1. Put some salt into a bowl of cold water;
2. Soak the mushrooms into the water for a while, and the sediments will be easily cleaned;
3. Rinse the mushrooms once more with cold water.
