I have been living in Britain for the last 18 years. I come across a lot of criticism of Muslim men going after "white women", and keeping Muslim women under strict control and not allowing them to "go out" with "white men". All this has got very little to do with colour of skin, and more to do with religion. I am a very conservative Pakistani Muslim, and I believe in family values, and sanctity of marriage and a legitimate relationship. People of Britain talk and preach about secularism a lot but are strictly Christian fundamentalists. Muslims are discriminated against in the job market just like everywhere else in every other sphere of life. You will find a lot of Muslims in politics, but that is only to certify the British credentials of being champions of democracy and freedom, while they carry out their illegitimate crusades along side USA against the Muslim world. Most Muslims I come across migrating to Britain seem to be interested in having a decent family life, and are normally preoccupied with the economic challenges that are thrown at them abundantly. This world has always fought over women, but we need to analyze the issue. Muslims left colour discrimination over fourteen centuries ago, but due to the status of coloured people in the world, there is still colour discrimination in most societies, and white skin is still considered a standard of attraction, which is quite unjustified under any standard of decency and logic. Britain is no longer a big power, but they are trying to hang on to whatever they have left. Muslims go after white women in this society because they are attracted by colour of skin, and they sometimes end up getting married. The British media highlights every relationship with all the saucy details between English women and Muslim men and they don"t even spare their Royal family in the process, for example what we saw in the case of princess Diana. British media works in coordination with Government policies, and they highlight inter-racial intimate relationships just to use as a proof of British march to the so-called ultimate freedom. The greatest freedom an individual can have is economic freedom, and English people like to keep the key to that freedom in their hands within Britain, and in the name of their so-called freedom attack and destroy Muslim countries and lure more economic migrants to Britain. English people talk of being able to go out with Muslim women, but if they had any respect for Muslim women then they would not be supporting the persecution of Muslim women in Indian held Kashmir and Palestine, or be killing thousands of Muslim women in their crusades in the name of their so-called freedom. A woman without character has no religion, and you can find lots of such so-called "Muslim" women in Britain. But English people while keeping the economic freedom in their own hands want to breakdown Muslim family systems, so that Muslim women are also all readily available just like the non-Muslim women, and the amount of respect they give to even their own women can be seen in the form of porn anywhere in the world. All this has got nothing to do with secularism, democracy, and freedom; and it has got everything to do with religion. We Muslims only have our family systems left that give us the spine to face this world, and we should fight vigorously to protect our family values. If we Muslims cannot pull non-Muslims into protecting family values then we should also not be drawn into their materialistic world either, because there is no "happily ever after" or a "never never land". We need to find peace in life, and peace lies in family life. English Christians and Muslims need to learn to respect each other as humans and equals. We need to learn to respect each other before we begin to think about relating to each other. And as long as we respect each other, there is no better way of relating to each other.
