Spring sacrificing ceremony held in Confucius Temple of Taipei

Students in costumes take part in the spring sacrificing ceremony of the Confucius Temple in Taipei, southeast China's Taiwan, Feb. 26, 2012. Nearly 1,000 people attended the ancient-style ceremony, which is held annually to encourage students to set clear goals and study hard in the beginning of a year. (Xinhua/Gao Xueyu)
