Ethnic minorities make 'ciba' to celebrate Xiaonian festival in China's Hunan

Making "ciba" is a convention for people of ethnic minorities in western areas of Hunan to celebrate the day of Xiaonian festival which falls on the 24th day of the 12th month of the Chinese traditional lunar calendar.
