Slovenian violin concert builds cultural bridge

A Slovenian violinist Anja Bukovec and pianist IGOR VIĆENTIĆ perform a series of musical compositions at Beijing Tianqiao Theatre on November 5, 2011. This concert, which is named "The music fantasia in film and dance", includes wonderful pieces from Astor Piazzola, Henryk Wieniawski and the beautiful music of the film Schindlers List by James Newton Howard. Beijing, Nov.7 (People's Daily Online)—With the aim of promoting cultural dialogue between China and Slovenia, a violin concert was performed by Slovenia violinist Anja Bukovec together with the famous pianist Igor Vicentic at Beijing Tianqiao Theatre on Oct. 5.

This concert, which is named "The music fantasia in film and dance," includes wonderful pieces from Astor Piazzola, Henryk Wieniawski and the beautiful music of the film Schindler's List by James Newton Howard.
