Narrow vision limits China's discourse power (3)

But I am more interested in internal academic policies, such as incentives to encourage publications in foreign languages and in foreign journals. Funding allocations should also be more generous for international research.

And those who study abroad should realize that the methodologies and models one learns overseas are not a tool to be used only on China issues.

China clearly needs more intellectuals who share a long and broad view toward the world, as a necessary replacement for the all too many attention-seeking slogan-pitching "scholars" that populate the field at the moment.

I do not thing the jewish people in America is only 2%, look around and you can see for yourself the numbers are much greater, this is skewed numbers like typical Washington numbers. More than 10% is more likely.
