ACCRA, Aug. 17 (Xinhua) -- Ghana's senior national soccer team, the Black Stars, is scheduled to face Brazil in an international friendly encounter next month in London, the Ghana Football Association (FA) confirmed here on Wednesday.
The West African national team will play the Brazilians on September 5, three days after the Black Stars host Swaziland in Group I of the 2012 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier in Accra.
Ghana lost the last friendly encounter against Brazil by 1-0 at the Rasunda stadium in Stockholm, Sweden in 2007.
The match will be the second for both sides after the World Cup 2006 in Germany, where Brazil walloped Ghana by 3-0.
