KFC apologizes for unqualified chicken supply

Sam Su, the Chief Executive Officer of Yum! China Division, apologized Thursday to consumers for a series of chicken supplier incidents that happened recently.

Su expressed his regrets for the problems in KFC fast-food chain, which include incomplete operability of self-checking process, insufficient internal communication, slow adjusting speed of chicken suppliers, improper comments of some employees and non-transparent external communication.
